I have been having this network issue with Railway for two weeks now.

Nigeria ISPs are blocking Vercel, Railway's dashboard is hosted on Vercel, Railway is looking into their options here, but there honestly not much that can be done by Railway

This is not good.
I know but ultimately theres not much railway can do about ISP firewalls
