bug with bliss shader
it's a bug with the volumetric clouds and I'd like to solve the problem without having to disable them

AMD has problmes with bliss shaders
It's Bliss problem, not DH problem
but with the regular bliss shader it works fine
eyah, becasue rgular bliss shaders is far from DH compatible bliss shader
it's a known bug, NOT related to DH directly
