How to apply for Extreme+ option?
My device is powerful enough to handle 80, 90, even 120 fps. I don't know why other devices with the same processor have it and this one doesn't. Doesn't make any sense.

S20 FE 5G. It costs nothing to ask. The question is they never tried to optimize it even Samsung itself added new function in the game plug-ins which increases your performance by 20% making the device even more powerful and stable in gaming.
Oneplus 8 pro does have Extreme+ even before the update got 90 fps. How's that possible they share the same CPU and GPU.
This phone can't even maintain stable 60 fps

A54 chipset and S23FE chipset is same. The numbers doesn't change anything. 5 minutes in the game it drops to 20 fps
Exynos is just poor production with the idea to save some money
Tried even minecraft on highest settings possible. Still 100-110 fps stable

Even both of these phones have overclocked CPU only for Galaxy Phones. S24U got overclocked GPU also up to 1 GHz which is a lot compared to other Android flagships
Another question tho: How regular S20 that is S series not like you said for the FE "A series", support more than 60 fps in Pubg Mobile?

S20 got higher resolution which makes the device more under pressure, more power consumption which is not good for the performance
S20 FE got bigger battery capacity 4500 mAh vs 4000, both supports Super Fast charging at 25W, both supports wireless charging, both can record up to 4k 60 fps. Both can zoom up to 30x. If the FE series is "A series" like you said, then S20 and S20+ are A series also cuz they are basically the same.
. And still doesn't support same amount fps like S20

I think because if they provide that option, your game would lag and be choppy even with 90 fps because your phone and battery would have a hard time keeping up.

Redditors are claiming it’s because the code is optimized on sort of a “per-device” basis, so just because your phone can technically handle 90fps doesn’t mean the game has been optimized for your chipset and hardware stats
I would not recommend using a gfx tool as it is against TOS
Let's say that the phone can maintain 90 fps stably, which is the case that if the S20 can, it means that the S20 FE can too. So why didn't anyone from Tencent or Pubg, I dont know who - pay attention or bother to optimize the other device as well? They are almost identical in terms of performance. Even the FE series is slightly more powerful? They share the same Snapdragon 865 7nm+ chipset and Adreno 650 GPU

As a proof for what? It clearly shows that a phone that came 5 months after it is slightly more improved in fact for performance
Like I said before, not clocked to 90 but around 75-80 fps is better than 60
