stuck at 0.1%

I couldn’t update my riot client no matter what so I deleted and redownloaded. im trying to redownload val right now and its just stuck at 0.1 percent please help( val fix ts happens every update)

it's doing something just wait u can verify this by simply checking task manager performance tab :v
