Need clarification on free tier limit
I am a newbie and I want to host a Pg database for my django application
Is the primary branch always up ? And does it have any compute hour limits ?

Hey, the primary branch compute runs 24/7, no compute hour limit. It's only child branches that have a compute hour limit.
