Didnt get Masters Madrid Rewards for watching the games live

Valorant released an exclusive title and banner for watching master Madrid matches live. This would be the last day for the title as there are no more playoff matches. I didn’t get the title in my account even though I watched a few games live (I have my account linked to both YouTube and twitch). Can someone please assist me with this issue? Thanks
