Hitting bodyshots when aimed at the head

A lot of the time when I only see someones head, I aim at their head, hit them multiple times, and somehow only hit bodyshots despite not being able to see their body, is there any fix for this?

idk how i'm still only hitting body when i only see their head though it's not even wallbangs it's doing max body damage per shot
