Play premier in the highest rank, qualify for challengers for next season, win challengers and go to vct, get traded to sentinels when someone falls off.

Sentinels is a pretty prestigious team but if you spend like 9 hours a day u might be able to make it
U can't just join
you dont just join it, they offer you a contract and then if you accept ur singed on for x amount of time at x salary
