Possible ditch of "flatpak uninstall --unused" in ublue-os/config & ublue-update

Since this is merged in flatpak upstream, could we ditch in the future flatpak uninstall --unused from ublue-os/config auto-update services & ublue-update? https://github.com/flatpak/flatpak/pull/5632

I think that this will just remove unused EOL runtimes & drivers though, but not those which are still supported but unused. This needs more investigation
