Is my LAPTOP under performing or is this okay?

Hi guys. I'm getting 130-170 fps they keep going up and down(i do use vsync) and i get micro stuttering as well. Is this okay on these specs: Ryzen 7 4800H with Radeon Graphics 16gb RAM RTX 30606gb. Should i upgrade the ram a bit more for consistency?

ram doesnt matter for you try vsync off

I used to play with vsync off but screen tearing was happening. My main question is, is my laptop really gonna give me 130-170 fps or is it underperforming? Because im willing to upgrade it if this is what its capable of.
