It's a production apps, and not running 20 minutes, please help

My application has been running for 3 months, but today it seems down
i tried to restart mariadb but no result
it's too lonng to wait
End with Failure
Can i implement DRC with Railway? So when ap-south cannot handle my traffic, it will move to another country?
btw, my apps is running now, just magicly running
that is super weird 🤔
Could probably with Cloudflare as a proxy, which can route to seperate services hosted in different locations in case one service fails
but I have no experience with that so I might just be completely wrong, someone else might be able to give some advice on that though
