Problem with AFK penalty
I was playing valo,and the electricity in my house just went out,it happened about 3-5 times,due to that my wifi went out and i wasn't able to reconnect to the game,then i got an afk penalty: cannot play unrated for 1h 30m,7d ban from competitive.
The electricity came back after the game and then the message popped up,its not my fault that my internet just goes out-

Our systems are designed so that you will not receive serious punishment due to hardware or network problems, if at all. And if the connection loss occurred due to technical problems on our server, then we will not punish players for AFK or avoiding the match until we solve the problem. Only those agents who are constantly inactive, evade the match or commit other violations will receive serious punishments like the game ban.
If your connection is unstable, send us a request so that we can help you avoid AFK and not leave the game.

Well its not entirely unstable so to speak,but electricity just randomly goes out for the building..
