About my account

My account was hacked by someone. Previously I thought the perpetrator accessed it via the "mail address" login. Apparently not, but rather the "device login" method. What I want to ask is what is meant by "device login"? What kind of login method is that? Because if login using "mail address" there will be a statement "mail" in the account activity. Please explain in detail, thank you.

The only way for someone to gain access to your account is if you provided some information about your account no one can hack your account just by knowing your UID

Yes hackers a very easily find out the password if you don’t use strong passwords or have 2fa enabled Pubg account

Never, is only for me. I have 2 devices to make it easier to log in without entering my social media accounts. Yes, because previously I had stopped playing PUBG for a long time. nothing, now my account is safe. even though I lost UC. @wiçkêdwičk But, could you please explain what kind of access method this "device login" is? I just want to know it. How to assess my account with "device login"?

@Tri Agung I’m assuming whenever a new device is used to login to your account it will say device login and the name of the device

Hello, @Tri Agung! When a new device will log into your account, it will be logged in your Account settings and you can check the recent activity from your Account settings. The device login shown in your screenshot refers to the new device that logged into your account, the time of the login and the device model. To make your account secure, please try to reset the passwords for the login options to connected to your PUBG MOBILE account, and enable the secondary verification for both your social media accounts and PUBG MOBILE account. Please also know that you should never disclose your sensitive account information such as your password to anyone. If your account has been compromised, please contact the customer service for further assistance. You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login menu of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation.

I have tried logging in with a new device using email & password, in the activity account it is recorded as logging in using "email" not "device login". @Quendi @wiçkêdwičk Sorry, I still don't really understand. I want to know what method the perpetrator used to log in. Because I have tried all login methods such as Facebook, Google Play, Twitter, Wechat, email, phone, and even guest. Everything has information according to the login method used in the activity account. But why is it that when the perpetrator logs in it says "device login"? Is it forced access with CS assistance such as resetting the password with security questions or something?

Hmm.. email can get hacked if u use weak password And if mail 2fa enabled, how this is going to help u if the email itself is hacked? U need to link ur number and enable 2fa, since mobile numbers are impossible to get hacked And dont use 1 password for all of ur platform accounts Like Facebook, Twitter, Gmail.. etc etc U should use different password for a different platform
