Can i check the status?
Solution
It clearly says in the email. Your claim has been under review. If the claim is approved, when you open the game you will see that the penalty will be reduced or lifted. But if you open the game and see that the penalty is remained, that means the claim has not been passed and you need to wait until the penalty ends. For non-permanent suspension, you can not check the claim status here in the server.
