guys i cant figure out why but when i play valo my cpu usage is like 100% all the time, i do play other games and have not yet gotten any fps issue in there 😦 should i get new windows or something

its app issue not Windows
tried doesnt help much, cpu usage still shows to high hiting 100% every 10 seconds like even if u add everything up it doesnt add upto 100% usage at the end from what i tried from a screen shot

selected every drive other then 2 that are external dont have em plugged in 10 detections so far ig i should really just get new windows this process is slow asf rn XD
so i did scan on C drive and just a quick scan option got like 15 detection on C drive mostly from downloads/random files xd they are removed should i check all my other drives just in case?

but before recent update I had no issues
I was getting 60-80 fps easily on medium settings

so atleast on range my fps have became more stable not increased but i am seeing less input delay etc like on game to cpu time thing its like a whole MS down from 5-6 average to 4-5 but again that could be margin error idk xd usage in game is at like 60-70% sometimes 90 but not 100% on range tho so idk if thats good or bad enough to suggest win change i dont wanna change windows since this one is quite old and i got like old stuff on it like logins/etc that i kinda wanna keep

my cpu is 12100F it doesnt got no internal gpu for me xd plus the GPU i got is 3060 ti its not breaking anything above 20-40% on valo on the settings i play on...
bottleneck yes but i plan on upgrading the cpu to 13th or 14th gen in a few years if i continue gaming that is otherwise it works fine as it is
it only jumped to 100% when i minimize game xd otherwise its stable around 90%
