I have a doubt .

I have a doubt . suppose i am using a hosting platform which offers some free but limited resources . how to make sure that the data and the no of requests are doesn't exceed the resource limit

It's hard to say since you haven't specified the platform you're using. Vercel has a great free tier though: https://vercel.com/pricing In general, if it needs to stay free, just don't put a card on file.
