Minecraft takes a super long time to load when having DH in the mod folder

I'm using 1.20.1 and Forge Forge 47.2.18. I tried with both versions for 1.20.1 uploaded on curseforge but whenever I boot up minecraft, even if i only have the Distant Horizons jar file in the mod folder and nothing else, minecraft never finishes loading.

I left it for over an hour and it never loaded

Try deleting the config folder under .minecraft
