KAh.. also when I fresh installed bazzite again, I thought.. okay I still need Papirus, I'll just do it like Kyle and layer it. I did it . . . and my battery Icon for my Logitech Mouse in Solaar was not working ... again 
Then I removed the layer via rpm-ostree, installed the papirus icon pack local again, rebooted and the battery icon works!
I'm not 100% sure, if that's really the issue.
Maby because the solaar in the distrobox can't see the layered papirus? And just local papirus in home? Because of persmissions? idk . . . @Kyle Gospo
