you can also try this : open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order one after another. 1. 
netsh int ip reset
netsh int ip reset
2. 
ipconfig /release
ipconfig /release
3. 
ipconfig /renew
ipconfig /renew
4. 
ipconfig /flushdns
ipconfig /flushdns
5. 
netsh winsock reset
netsh winsock reset
6. 
netsh advfirewall reset
netsh advfirewall reset
reboot the router wait for it to get connected to internet then reboot the pc
