2 days ago, I have received a Chat and Queue Restriction, because the enemy had a killjoy, and I asked my mate if they got detained, and after I said so, I have received a chat ban, which I really didn't understand. After that, I sent 2 tickets to Riot, but both of the tickets, a bot replied, and I want to contact real people. I said exactly this, which I have received a penalty for: "Did you get detain?"
