account recovery
Please explain every step of the account recovery method , cause I don't receive the secondary verification code on my phone since 13/03/2024 and the support team asked me to fill the recovery account method on 25/032024 but I fill in 2 time and got reject , so I want to known where it went wrong , it is my account so I don't think I send fake or error information though so I want to know why it didn't work

Does buying the UC on a site because you don't have a credit card is a problem in account recovery ??because I think that's where I must have made the mistake .
