I just reached level 20 and as soon as I click the competitive button I can't play it. I didn't do anything wrong during any of the matches. I'm banned from competitive but I can still play unrated for some reason. Please help

Open a ticket with riot and question them as to why you were banned and if they can help out.

go to riot games website page and find support then make a ticket
U prob afk'd in the matches u played to get to level 20

Whatsoever, go to Riot Support for Valorant and open a ticket there
