just ult when:
1. you are rushing last 3 (all 3 in one confined area such as a bombsite)
2. you have no info on the majority of the enemy players (ult to find info about where they are positioned towards on the map + to take map control)
3. on an execute when rushing a bombsite to add to the chaos and help you take bomb site control
There is no "in this situation with bomb planted, 30 seconds exact left until detonation, you should ult if you know one is main, two people on site and you have sova ult", you will get the feel of when it is good to skye ult and the two conditions above are generally good conditions for your ult
