Valorant laggs, but there is now internet/pc issues

like if i start valorant and go in a match i cant move without getting laggs and fps drops but no one knows what to do. i open much tickets but the valo support cant help. i would be really thanksfull i maybe somone can send me a dm and would help me with my problem
