Hi @meh, Sorry to hear that you are experiencing these issues. The NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID error typically occurs when the SSL certificate does not match the domain name that is being accessed, or if there's an issue with the SSL certificate configuration. This error might arise if: 1. The custom domain's SSL certificate is not properly set up or has not been fully propagated. When you set up a custom domain with Kinde, an SSL certificate needs to be provisioned and properly configured for secure (HTTPS) connections. This process can take some time, and if someone tries to access the domain before the SSL certificate is fully propagated, they might encounter this error. 2. There's a mismatch between the domain the SSL certificate was issued for and the domain being accessed. This can happen if the DNS settings are not correctly pointing to Kinde's servers or if there's an error in the custom domain configuration within Kinde. To fix this issue, you can: - Verify the DNS Configuration: Ensure that the DNS settings for your custom domain are correctly configured according to Kinde's instructions. This typically involves creating CNAME DNS records using the DNS details provided by Kinde. It's important to follow the setup steps carefully and ensure that DNS entries are DNS-only, not proxied, especially if you're using services like Cloudflare. - Check SSL Certificate Propagation: After configuring your custom domain in Kinde, the verification process can take up to a couple of hours. During this time, an SSL certificate is provisioned for your domain. You might need to wait for this process to complete. You can also check the status of SSL certificate propagation using online tools to ensure that it's properly recognized across the internet.
