Loading screen crash
Whenever i load up valorant it always crashes in the loading screen and i cant do anything other than shut down my pc

Have you checked to make sure your graphic drivers are up to date and that you have plenty of RAM available? You can also try to run the game as an administrator. Check to also make sure no files are corrupted if any of the above don't work for you.
is 15.9 GB enough?

Valorant needs 4 GB so you are good in that department.

Is your graphics driver up to date and you tried running as an admin? if that didn't work there are a few more options.
i checked my graphics driver and yes it was up to date. I ran it as adminastrator and thats what it did
i dont know if i checked my graphics driver right.
Sorry im not really a tech person but how do you check your driver for updates?

it let me in the lobby and stuff but when i tried to get into the practice range it said this
Go to your riot folder and manually start riot vanguard and also make sure that windows is up to date. If riot vanguard is running then go to task manager and set it to automatic and let me know if this helps.

Ok, go to task manager then services and find VGC then click on it abd oress start if it's closed.
