Error after RatOS update

I have not updated my RatOS for a few months and now it is giving me errors after I update. According to the neopixel, the printer is normal for a few seconds before mcu shuts down.

This is the MCU firmware shutting down for safety, unlikely it has anything to do with RatOS itself you can try reflashing

No, that was not it unfortunately. I reinstalled crowsnest following the instructions, the moonraker errors are gone but the mcu still shuts down Problem solved after reflashing the mcu and toolboard using the RatOS configurator. It was surprising that they did not flash during the update

The automation is gone if you hard reset RatOS, that might be why. You can restore it by running
sudo ~/printer_data/config/RatOS/scripts/ratos-update.sh
sudo ~/printer_data/config/RatOS/scripts/ratos-update.sh
