Ping spikes
I am facing a lot of ping spikes. my ping varies from 25-40, but I get ping spikes. My ping spikes to 600 or even to 1000 leading to packet loss and making competitive unplayable. The spikes are random and occur for a short duration but they occur frequently putting me at a disadvantage.

Hi hello, open a ticket to riot explaining the situation. They give multiple routes to this, ill send them now.
There are a number of networking situations that can be resolved by performing a quick reset or power cycle of your home network. Here are some step-by-step instructions to help you perform a power cycle for your home network:
1. Shutdown all computers connected to your home network (modem/router/gateway).
2. Power down/unplug your router, if you use one.
3. Power down/unplug your modem. Have both devices off for at least 60 seconds.
4. Note: If your modem has a battery backup you will need to take the battery out for 60 seconds or use the reset button on the modem.
5. Turn on your modem and allow it to completely boot up. Wait until the indicator lights on the device stop blinking and display a steady green connection.
6. Turn on the router (if you have one) and allow it to completely boot up as well.
7. Start the computer and allow it to completely boot up and re-establish an internet connection.
Now, let's disable IPv6, as I'm afraid League, Runeterra and VLAORANT don't fully support it yet. (Skip is performed already.)
1. Hit ""Start"" and type ""network and sharing"", then open the ""Network and Sharing Center""
2. In the left pane, click ""Change adapter settings""
3. Right-click the connection for which you want to disable IPv6, and select Properties.
4. Uncheck ""Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)"" and click ""OK""
Switching to a public DNS may help with the issue you are experiencing, and here is a tutorial on how to do it properly. You should try both the Google and the Cloudflare DNS - if one of them doesn't work, check the other as well! (Skip is performed already.)
To resolve any conflicts from your network and to clear any corrupted data remaining, reset your network settings and release/renew your IP. Follow these steps:
1. Open Start Menu
2. Type cmd and run it with administrator permissions
3. type the following commands:
netsh winsock reset and press Enter.
netsh int ip reset and press Enter.
ipconfig /release and press Enter.
ipconfig /renew and press Enter.
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter.
Let's also update your network adapter to the latest version. Please follow these steps:
1. Select the Start button, start typing Device Manager, and then select it in the list.
2. In Device Manager, double-click Network adapters, right-click your adapter, and then select Properties.
3. Select the Driver tab, and then select Update Driver.
4. Select Search automatically for updated driver software.

I tried disabling ipv6
I successfully did it
I had done everything you had mentioned, except this.
Now the result, I get ping spikes but they are less than 300 and my experience has been improved...
and the spikes are not frequent
anymore
but they do still occur
I have 5G wifi 6 router and I am not that far away from router... My plan - 1gbps , speed I receive 200 mbps/download(190-210 varies a bit smtimes...)

control panel > Network and Internet > Network and Sharing Centre > Top Left "Change adapter settings" > Right click on ur network and select "Properties" > then you'll see smt with IPV4 double click on it to open it, then change at the bottom the dns.
I used both Google's and Cloudflare's DNS, and I find google's DNS server better, you can test them both.
Google's DNS is:
