My valorant takes 15 minutes to launch and 3 rounds to load in

This has been happening since September of 2023 my specs are 465 gb hdd (I know its sn hdd but still shouldn’t take that long) gt 1030 i5 3.4 gigahertz 16 gb ram. Please help because of this I get afk penalties and have to wait forever to even get in the menus

I also tried uninstalling reinstalling the game And windows itself
