I'm playing valorant in stretched and it affects my monitor resolution when I get out of the game

idk what is happening but I'm playing valorant on 1440x1080 when my desktop resolution is 1920x1080. when I either tab out or close the game, the resolution stays and sometimes it even resets my monitor hertz
