I need help, my loading is infinite

Hi im kejder, from to days, i want to join rsm but i don't know why my loading stop's on 36, i can't download full mods, today i try for 3 hours and always stops on 36, plis can someone help me im really wan't to join rsm, always i download vechicles it stops, plis someone help me
