Payments taken then instantly refunded
Hi we have been experiencing this problem for a few months now. Railway takes our payment at the start of the billing period, and then a few minutes later we are instantly refunded the full amount, and the payment shows as failed in the Railway UI. We then have to manually pay it, using the exact same card. See the screenshot attached from our banking app.
This is a very annoying bug because if we forget to manually make the payments the service could be stopped.

would you happen to be using a card that doesn't support recurring payments?
Hey no we use the card for loads of other recurring payments

okay I have made that private so I can no longer see what's said, the team will get in touch with you there! so make sure you have those emails enabled from within your railway account settings
