False hardware ID ban
I recently got a new 240hz monitor yesterday and i was playing valorant, everything was fine at first since i played for a couple hours and nothing was wrong. I tried to hop on again and it kept saying val 152 and that i got a permanent suspension, i don't know if using valorant tracker, using a new monitor, using msi dragon center or using g hub caused the hwid ban but now i can't even access the game. I've been playing valorant for 4 years and this is a bummer
