False Hardware ban

I hope you’re doing well. I recently received a hardware ban on my Valorant account, and I strongly believe it was a mistake or false positive. I want to assure you that I have never used any cheating software, macros, or unfair advantages in the game.
My setup includes standard peripherals: an Xtrfy MZ1 mouse (Zy’s Rail), a Spirit of Gamer keyboard connected via a detachable USB cable, and a Strikepad mousepad and a mars gaming headset, i might say i own a computer of low budget that include low specs , I suspect that the detachable USB cable or some other hardware detail might have triggered Vanguard’s detection incorrectly.
Additionally, I have scanned my PC thoroughly for malware and viruses using trusted antivirus software and have removed any potential threats. I am committed to playing fairly and maintaining competitive integrity since my main goal is to go pro and it's my passion.
Could you please manually review my case? I’m eager to continue playing Valorant and improving as a player without any unfair means.

Did you open task manager when you got banned to look at processes running in the background

well that makes sense since vanguard stays active even when you close valorant
what did you open after you closed valorant
or were you off your computer entirely

Tobe exact i even close discord sometimes so i can get the best amount of fps
So in genenral everything that runs in the background while i play val is

fair enough but its why I asked if you looked at task manager because sometimes things run in the background that youre unaware of that would trigger it as well

okay then theyre still investigating which means you still have a chance to get unbanned so just wait
vanguard pulls logs and data from your computer which is how it auto bans you even when youre not on valorant
they review that data when you appeal
if the data correlates to something that resembles a hacking signature then they wont unban you
even if its not necessary you hacking on valorant

Thank you for reaching out. I understand that receiving a permanent suspension on your account is not great.
The suspension was triggered from a program detected by Vanguard as malicious and since there was no compromise on your account the penalty is correct. Keep in mind that this can be also just from having such a program on your computer and not just for using it in-game.
Our anti-cheat system is made to prevent as many players as possible from playing with cheats in the game. Before we come to such a decision for a ban, we make sure that this is the appropriate one.
Further details will remain private, otherwise it could endanger our future investigations.
This suspension from the account will remain in place, because our system triggered it as cheating, and we take these things seriously because it ruins the whole charm of the game if someone uses a program to cheat.
