i have a laptop for work and it asks admin password for downloading directx runtime how can i play without directx runtime

you can't you can try installing directX run time using the WINDOWS PACKAGE MANAGER tho, DM me if u need help with that server bot isn't allowing to post Windows commands or u can just google search "how to use winget in windows"
