reflex issue

i have managed to fix my aim issue and id say im pretty good. but i never realized that the most important thing was your reflexes. i SUCK at reacting. it takes me so long to even shoot the gun. i dont even know why i just freeze and im super slow. any advice on it? dont just say ''go into practice and shoot bots'' plss :val_Hampter: :panicdepression:
