HWID BANNED AND ACCOUNT PERM BANNED (MISUNDERSTANDING)

I was banned for things i didnt even do, and the 3rd party software i used was only the mouse software. Which is diabolical for them to banned me, im just asking for help, they say that it was final and nobody can unban me. And "IF" i even use my hacks it wasnt even caught in action. Please riot this is a BIG BIG MISTAKE I DIDNT DO IT.
