I got false Perm banned and HWID banned on my account after having issues with Vangaurd
Hello, I'm here as a last resort as I've now opened 2 tickets. I had issues with Vangaurd about 2-3 weeks ago. My solution to the vangaurd issues I was having was to go into my pc BIOS and re-enable secured boot and tpm. Shortly after, I got banned for using third party programs. I've exhuasted a lot of my efforts and my time into opening anbd creating tickets, and explaining every possible explanation of my situation and any possible details. I've submitted process logs, user logs, and vangaurd logs. I've looked at all of my programs to see if any of them could possibly be the "cheat" or "hack" that got detected. I've also explained to the ticket any possible triggers, such as a new keyboard, or the audio program I use (VOICEMEETER) as I'm a singer that produces covers, and it is used to adjust my mic settings. I've also tried contacting gamerdoc on X(formerly twitter) to no avail. I'm honestly still very upset at the whole situation, as I've poured so much of my side onto these tickets to receive the same copy and paste responses from the same "support members". It's hard to believe these are actual people, as every letter and word is the same as the ticket I opened initally, 2 weeks ago. I've received a lot of gifted vp on the acc, and it holds some sentimental value to me as I'm also a digital artist and one of my first commissions was in the from of vp, which led to my knife skin! Prior to the ban, I didn't install any new programs, so I'm not sure what might've triggered the ban. I'm honestly just trying everything I can but I've seen a lot of users with the same problem, and not getting their account back. It's finally summer and I have time to play more games, while all of my close friends are playing I'm stuck looking for other fps to play. high key feeling left out TwT
