Black screen forever
I died, and then tried to respawn. Right as I was about to finish, the "Victory" screen popped up for half a second, and then I finished the quick respawn. After that, everything became dark and my screen went black. A minute or 2 went by, and my screen was still completely black, even while I was in another game.
Don't know if this is a rare thing that happened to me specifically, or if I'm the only person to catch and report this.

Solution
known bug that is going to be fixed with upcoming update, usually occurs because of connection instability (packet loss)
