Tmv ~/.local/share/Steam ~/.local/share/Steam1
Texit that session with ctrl+alt+f2
Tsteam should work
Tif you have games installed on the internal drive
Tmove them from steam1
Tyou can try
Trebooting first
Tand not go through all of that to see if it was just a little issue but if you reboot and it's still happening you have to rename steam

Kall i was doing was configuring cemu settings and i was terrified when it was frozen
SYour storage probably filled up fully
SCause my PC did the same
Tthat actually shouldn't be an issue on bazzite
Tlibostree should prevent it from not booting
TSteamOS does have this issue
SMine froze up when my storage filled up while I was using desktop mode
Kam i not supposed to select HHD in the cemu controller settings
