Mtaskbar freezing is an issue with kde and wayland on 5.27. This should be resolved on kde 6.0+

CAre you on X11 or Wayland?
CIf you're on Wayland try switching to x11, for my 1650 i've had same issues and it solved it

KIt happens on wow, yuzu, even the steam os game mode ui
AOk so there are two issues
ASteam breaking and games breaking
ASteam breaking is due to failed suspend let's say
ABut even after a proper suspend
ASome games break but not steam
KInteresting. I haven't experienced games breaking after failed suspend.
