CAre you on X11 or Wayland?
CIf you're on Wayland try switching to x11, for my 1650 i've had same issues and it solved it

AI don't know why it breaks on bazzite
AI did 10 suspends in a row
ASteam always works for me
ASome games stop working after suspend though

ASteam breaking and games breaking
ASteam breaking is due to failed suspend let's say
ABut even after a proper suspend
ASome games break but not steam
KInteresting. I haven't experienced games breaking after failed suspend.

AFor me I did some testing and super meat boy breaks
