Valorant ADS glitch
I used a vandal in the range and whenever i rightclicked to ADS and let go, my screen starting going crazy. I dont know if this my mouse issue or the game.

could be an internet / ping issue. had something similar to that when i had ping spikes every evening
try enabling the network detail graphs

i used 2 different mice and the bug is still happening\

a simple game reset does the job
