Account was HACKED!!!

Please help me with this issue, I’ve tried file a claim on to pubg Moblie customer support been getting rejected 3 times. I fill out the claim correctly don’t understand why I’m being rejected. Gave proof of purchases of the account. I have screenshots of the person logging into the account from pubg through my email as well and witnesses from my in game friends.
