My account was hacked, and I tried submitting a support request through the in-game tool, but I received a message saying my device was insecure and that I needed to use a different device, though I've already sold my old phone. I also submitted a support request via Google Forms and received a message saying I needed to use the in-game tool. So what should I do now to get my account back? Can someone please help me? I've been playing on that account for over 7 years and have spent a lot of money on it. Please help me, I'm desperate.
