My friend keeps getting detected as a cheater

My friend keeps getting detected as a cheater when he has done nothing his exact warning message is in the picture bellow. this started happening after when we tried out Tokyo server in ranked. does anyone know why this is happening and how to fix this?

He using methods or VPN'S to skip message van restriction Tell him enable tpm & secure boot and disable any VPN

he has everting enabled and he dosent even know how to install a vpn or even cheats he is kinda stupid tbh
