my loading times for games and start up are really long

havent played the game in a while, decided to play today and the loading times for games and start up are really long for no reason - i run the game fine when im actually in but the time to load gets me cooldowns for being afk

have been having the same issue. i was told it was a graphics card or internet issue at the agent select screen, does the agent animation show up for you or not?
