Question about false 3rd party ban.
I was banned for a 3rd party software a while back and did not find anything that could interfere and have talked to a few staff, none were helpful and said that I was flagged appropriately for 3rd party, however even after getting rid of anything that COULD interfere I still got banend before I could even finish a match. I was told by one staff that after 120 or 140 days smt like that, the hwid ban would be reset and that I could create a new account. Is this true?
