My game has not opened since last week, giving an error saying that Windows does not have permission

Even with all possible permissions, the game still gives the same error

"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item" Even after doing everything possible to resolve this problem for other programs, this error persists
