hello, ive got a question regarding a banned acc

Today i logged in and for my surprise it said my acc was banned for 30 days since i owe UC, I recently purchased 200$ worth on UC, and idk why the alert said i have to pay for the UC that was deducted from my acc, anyone knows what can I do?
Solution:
You can use the File Claim option when logging into the game if you would like to appeal your suspension.
